compile with the new libgphoto2.
* patches/dbus*.diff, patches/gphoto2*.diff,
patches/libgphoto2*.diff, patches/gtkam*.diff: Updated
patches to build with new versions. Merged from
2.17/18 branch.
* gst-plugins-good.spec,
patches/gst-plugins-good-05-endianness.diff: Add patch
so that CD playback works on Sparc.
* SUNWgnome-dbus.spec, SUNWgnome-dbus-bindings.spec: Updated
D-Bus spec file to dbus 1.0.2. Added bindings spec file.
* SUNWgnome-camera.spec: Updated to use the new versions of
gphoto2, libgphoto2 and gtkam. This is needed since older
verisons of these modules do not work with older version of
D-Bus.
