* base-specs/pkg-config.spec: Added. Moves pkg-config code from
SUNWgnome-common-devel.spec to its own file. Easier to manage it that
way.
* SUNWgnome-common-devel.spec: Remove pkg-config code, replacing it
with %use.
* SUNWgnome-desklets-extra.spec: Break gdesklets-extra.spec into three
spec files (one for each desklet). Change this file to use each of
the spec files.
* base-specs/gdesklets-extra.spec: Removed, split into 3.
* base-specs/gdesklets-calendar.spec, base-specs/gdesklets-clock.spec,
base-specs/gdesklets-worldtime.spec: Added, broken from
gdesklets-extra.spec to make ARC/Legal scripts simpler and hack-free.
