Added more fixes to get editable files in proper state for liveCD.
Largely based on Dave Miner's changes, I've updated them to apply
as a series of changes to the files found in the wos for the build
in question rather than saving a cached copy of the file. This
work is not yet complete for the generic*.xml files.
Fixed a bug in driver_names.py which made it break on blank lines.
Make sure changes in editable files that are suitable only for CD are
in separate package, slim_cd. This will prevent these changes from
appearing in zones.
